1. Shipment Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing:

2. How to Track Your Order

Click the Tracking Link
Use the link provided in your confirmation email to view real-time updates. -
Visit the Carrier’s Site
Go directly to the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) and enter your tracking number. -
Check Your Account
Log in to your Skrech.com account, view Order History, and click Track next to your order.
3. Tracking Information Delays

Processing Lag: It can take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to appear.

No Updates? If you haven’t seen any tracking information after 24 hours, please contact us.
4. Shipment Status Definitions

Label Created: Your shipping label is printed; the package awaits carrier pickup.

In Transit: The package is moving between carrier facilities.

Out for Delivery: The carrier has your package and will deliver it today.

Delivered: The package has been delivered to the specified address.
5. Common Tracking Issues

“Delivered” but Not Received:
– Check with neighbors or building management.
– If still missing, email support@skrech.com or call us. -
Tracking Shows a Delay:
– Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or volume.
– Contact the carrier with your tracking number, or reach out to us for help.
